TIF070-11 automotive thermal gel is developed for new energy battery PACK. It can be dispensed automatically and self-levels to fill irregular gaps between cells and cold plates. It maintains good elasticity after curing to absorb vehicle vibration, reduce cell temperature difference and slow battery degradation. It withstands high-low temperature cycling and features flame retardancy to suppress thermal runaway propagation. Compliant with IATF16949 and available for mass sampling for 800V high-voltage battery projects.
