TIG-AG8 is Huacheng automotive thermal grease developed for BMS and PDU high-voltage modules of battery PACK. Great thixotropy and non-sagging. Thin coating delivers high heat conduction with low oil bleeding and no dry-out during long service life. It withstands continuous bumping vibration and temperature cycling, stably lowering temperature rise of power components. IATF16949 qualified for mass production of new energy vehicle high-voltage control modules.
